Some facts about the freezers
types.
Depending on the end product they are devided into four main groups:
1) Freezers for soft ice-cream
making can be with one or two tastes. In its own turn they can be
divided into the freezers with pump and without pump. Freezers without
pump can achieve 40% of fluffiness while those with a pump achieve
80%
2) Freezers for making the
milkshakes .Very often they are designed for making the four
cocktails different in taste. It is notable that the cocktails made
in freezers are thick enough, their taste reminds the taste of melted
ice-cream, something that cannot be said about the cocktails made
in blenders
3) Freezers for making the
traditional (Italian) ice-cream.
Batch freezers make "hard ice-cream". The finished product
is taken out from the cylinder to the gastronomic capacity, which
in its turn is placed into the low-temperature refrigerated cases
or the refrigerator box for shock freezing. Further on the product
is realized in the shape of little balls
4) The combined freezers
(combo-freezers) - are the devices capable of making the
four types of cocktail and one type of soft ice-cream. All the combined
models are equipped with the pump and in most cases with pasteurizers;
they are characterized by high productivity
