Freezing Cylinder:
1 х 6,6 Liters.

Refrigerated Mix Storage Cabinet:
Lower front mix cabinet is independently refrigerated to maintain mix below 41.F (5°C). Door is hinged on the right. One, 15 gallon (57.0 liter) mix tank. Coaxial air/mix pump delivers the precise amount of air and mix to the freezing cylinder.

Indicator Lights:
Mix Low light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.

Electronic Controls:
Finished product quality is monitored by SoftechTM controls that measure viscosity.

Shake Syrup System:
Shake flavors are selected by separate draw handles. Self-contained air compressor delivers shake syrup from three, 2 gallon (7.6 liter) remote syrup tanks (provided). Frozen shake mix and syrup automatically blends to dispense the chosen flavor. Use only single strength syrup, free from pulp and seeds.An optional syrup cabinet is available to store syrup tanks.

Features:
Offer four separate shake flavors: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and an optional flavor. Portion controlled shake dispensing for high volume milkshake production.

Heat Treatment System:
Provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products up to two weeks before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required.

Mix Hopper:
One, 18,9 liter. Refrigerated to maintain mix below 5°C.

Indicator Lights:
Mix Low light flashes to alert the operator to add mix.When the Mix Out light flashes, the unit automatically goes into Standby mode to prevent damage.

Electronic Controls:
Viscosity is continual measured to serve consistent quality shakes. The LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) readout will identify temperatures in the hopper or freezing cylinder at any point of operation. History of temperatures and times during the last 13 heat cycles may be viewed.

Standby:
During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.

Syrup System:
Shake flavors are selected from touch pads. Self-contained air compressor delivers shake syrup from three, 1 gallon (3,8 l) syrup tanks located in the lower front compartment. Frozen shake mix and syrup automatically blends to dispense the chosen flavor. Use only single strength syrup, free from pulp and seeds.


 
 

 

Some facts about the freezers types.
Depending on the end product they are devided into four main groups:

1) Freezers for soft ice-cream making can be with one or two tastes. In its own turn they can be divided into the freezers with pump and without pump. Freezers without pump can achieve 40% of fluffiness while those with a pump achieve 80%

2) Freezers for making the milkshakes .Very often they are designed for making the four cocktails different in taste. It is notable that the cocktails made in freezers are thick enough, their taste reminds the taste of melted ice-cream, something that cannot be said about the cocktails made in blenders

3) Freezers for making the traditional (Italian) ice-cream.
Batch freezers make "hard ice-cream". The finished product is taken out from the cylinder to the gastronomic capacity, which in its turn is placed into the low-temperature refrigerated cases or the refrigerator box for shock freezing. Further on the product is realized in the shape of little balls

4) The combined freezers (combo-freezers) - are the devices capable of making the four types of cocktail and one type of soft ice-cream. All the combined models are equipped with the pump and in most cases with pasteurizers; they are characterized by high productivity
